"Property is just off highway, so easy access but also almost questionable area. lol. But the check in process was friendly and smooth. Rooms were clean and good continental breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty quiet! Price was also a plus!"

"Amazing hotel with even more amazing staff! Newer building, very clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing team of staff working around the clock. Oh and don't forget, they have an indoor pool that's open through the Winter! Definitely will be staying in the future:)"

"Clean rooms, the staff really ruined the experience w little to no customer service skills. Charged my card without explaining any fees or requesting permission. Same girl check in and check out and didn’t get an ounce of eye contact or a smile or greeting back.was too busy cleaning her nails while answering my question to pay me any mind which was gross.She should really get a job outside of customer service if you’re not going to try or at least lose your snotty attitude. The service wasn’t even worth a single star. The breakfast was very limited, but warm and tasty. If they improved their staff team quality I’d really recommend."

"Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations. The staff was friendly; the breakfast was good. However, there were a few issues. The bathtub has mold around the tub; the hot tub was filled in, although it's still listed as available; the workout room was closed."

"Hotel could definitely use a face-lift in regard to the bathroom and condition of the room. We were also disappointed with the state of the pillows for our king sized bed. When my husband went to the front desk for extra pillows, there was only one spare to be offered, and it was lumpy and hard just like the others in the room. They were more like throw pillows than actual bedroom pillows. Furthermore, the room pictures do NOT match the actual appearance of the room. However, the staff were friendly and helpful! And it was great to have security on site as well. Good, but could be better."
