"It was old and had been recently sold. Supposedly doing upgrades, rooms were okay but things broken around the room (the closet door, the fridge, huge chunk of paint missing in bathroom, minor things) just gave it a feel of not very well loved upgrades. Just half ditched effort to fake it til you make it. Hopefully they are just waiting to get some money again after the acquisition and its truly upgraded bcz its in a very convenient location to several medical buildings in the area."

"I was not just impressed with this place, I was amazed by it. The girl working the front desk when we came in was very friendly. Our room was huge, clean, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. The only reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5 is I was woken up in the morning by some workers on the roof making a lot of noise."

"Really nice staff and a really nice hotel. It definitely has an upscale feel. We enjoyed staying there, and it was only minutes away from the seminar I was attending. There were many restaurants right by the hotel, and it was right by the St. Francis Hospital as well. The next time we need to stay in Tulsa we will definitely be booking a room here."

"The place is in need of some upgrades. Working elevators would be a great start. Breakfast was all bread, coffee extremely weak, and no one actually works the bar. Our room was clean and the best part were the showers that actually have water pressure. The price was right but, we were woken several times by children running and screaming down the hallway."
