"UPDATED: So I called the actual number for the Tulsa Humana and the woman there was amazing! It's just the call centers they use and the website that is frustrating and not consumer friendly! My employer offers Humana as our dental insurance. My dentist says that I have great insurance, in terms of coverage, but my experience with their customer support has not been pleasant. When I utilized their website I had a hard time signing in because they didn't except my member ID. Finally had to use my SSN, which didn't make me happy. Come to find out when I called them, Humana's dental department doesn't handle my account, Humana Marketplace. Not sure what the difference is as the representative was snotty and wouldn't explain more. After an hour wait on the phone I finally spoke with someone but because they didn't speak english I couldn't change my address (you can't change it online which is the stupidest thing I've heard). Their customer service will leave you frustrated."
