"We have used Hangar clinic since our daughter was a little over a year and a half old. Amy has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She has a great working relationship with our Soonerstart team and all the physical therapists I know. She even recommended an amazing pediatric PT for our daughter and between braces and PT, we got her walking within the year! I know she wouldn’t have made such progress without proper bracing (SMOs and KiddieGaits) being added to our toolkit. We are on soonercare and have never had any issues with insurance coverage, I also have 2 additional children I have been able to bring with me to appointments, they just play quietly with the trains in Amy’s room while our daughter has her appointments. We never have to wait very long and her appointments are brief, but Amy is still very attentive and we don’t feel rushed. Overall, we have had a wonderful experience with Hanger Clinic!"
"Seems like a very predatory service provider and this shows in some of the other comments. We checked and we’re told in network and covered for the gear we were to receive. Once ordered and received they submitted to insurance under a different business name and thus causing the whole bill to be due as out of network. When we raised concerns they shrugged it off as our problem and not their problem. Would not recommend this company! I will add the service outside of billing was very good! Only problem was billing and charges!"
"The review stating that the front desk receptionist always ruin the experience is 100% true. I have been talked over, dismissed and laughed at by these women that they put in charge in helping people with their mobility needs for years now. I would highly recommend finding elsewhere to go if at all possible where you are treated better. Edit to add since they care more about their reputation and the paper work they have to do after my negative review than solving our problem, the patient is my daughter who is only 4 1/2 years old, going on a year of wearing broken wore out braces because this place can’t get it right. Amy Whatchman the pediatric orthotist here has the lowest patient care we’ve experienced across many states for healthcare for our disabled daughter. Telling a special needs parent “not to be emotional” and make her keep wearing a pair of braces that is obviously not working for her instead of listening to the parents & getting her a pair that doesn’t hurt her isn’t helpful or caring whatsoever. It is rude, unprofessional and highly inappropriate."

"I received a letter from a debt collector stating that we had a debt with Hangar. We had never received any bill or statement so we contacted Hangar. I talked to Shirley who was able to figure that they had input the incorrect address for us. I then asked what they were going to do about this debt collector since we had never received any bill or statement. She advised that we contact their billing department. When we contacted Jen in the billing department we were told to pay the debt collector. Jen was extremely rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. We would rather resolve this matter with Hangar but this rude lady Jen refused. Thanks to Jen, we will never do business with Hangar again nor refer them to anyone. Please avoid this place at all costs. They are overpriced too."
