"The lady who answers the phone was very professional and nice she informed me I would hear back in 24 HOURS it took 4 days and maybe I'm wrong or it's my opinion but being in our community & knowing the adversities we experience daily and your staff providing ETAS I would expect the longest delay to be 2 days because life happens I understand but clearly people do t reach out to therapist for fun luckily I've been manic off and on my whole life & I was seeking help but clearly it won't come from here and I just hope I can spare someone else's time or hopefully your organization can resolve it's delays and the lady who did call spoke all rushed and was in a hurry to schedule never asked my availability just wanted me to agree to hers"
