"Rating 5 stars because I’m not an a hole. Currently not taking any new patients, apparently. I get that basically no one is but my insurance only covers a few places and this is one of them. Forcing me to either have to use vacation from work to check into Parkside/Laureate or pay a lot to see someone out of network. I hope they start accepting new patients again soon."

They also dumped me over the phone, hung up on me.. then sent the police and COPES to my door.. if only they'd shown that level of concern in their treatment. It wouldn't let me leave a zero star review."

"Our experience with the physicians has been good, but the office sometimes cancels appointments without notifying patients. If I don’t get a reminder from the office, I call to confirm. They confirm it was bumped, apologize for being short staffed, and offer to reschedule. If you don’t have that kind of flexibility, you might consider going elsewhere."

"This place is staffed by incompetent people. Had an appointment this morning that I've waited MONTHS for. All indicators told me this was a telehealth appointment for 8 AM. I waited until 5 after 8 to call and was told the Dr was running behind and the link would be sent shortly. 2 HOURS later, I heard nothing. I call and get told that the DOCTOR got it confused and that it was supposed to be an in-person appointment that was NEVER communicated to me! I spoke with a "supervisor" who had a condescending attitude about it all, offering me no other solution besides scheduling ANOTHER appointment months away. I stated how I felt it was irresponsible and unacceptable to be replied to "that she already apologized and what more did I want" to me, in today's society being that inflamitory could cause major issues. No wonder United Healthcare won't meet their demands for more money when they provide nothing but poor everything."
