"I saw Dr. Massoth at the end of July to have a consult on a possible deviated septum. He confirmed a deviated septum and let me know that I also had essentially a cut on the inside of my nose and that I would need to have cauterized. We discussed my options and when I left he gave me a name and number on a card and told me to call back to schedule with him. I called back to schedule both the surgery and cauterization. I spoke to Barbara. She informed me she had no record of my visit other than a note the doctor had written stating "patient is interested in pursuing aesthetic changes" which we never discussed. He also noted that he had referred me to two other doctors in Oklahoma City which is also something we never discussed. I think notes were mixed up with another patient. It's been a big waste of time and if they can't keep their files in order I definitely don't want them operating on me. I will be finding a new doctor ASAP."

"Receptionist was rude to my wife after consult in which they mixed up notes, Basically calling my wife a liar. Wife went in for consult, when she called back their notes were completely different. Waste of time and money. The lack of professionalism and organization is a RED FLAG. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"I have been taking my son here to see Dr. David White for over a year now cause he was the only Dr near us who could remove his cholesteatoma. Although I am grateful he was able to do the surgery, this Dr has zero people skills or manners at all. My son has special needs and was horrible with him. Don't bring your kid to him special needs or not!! We saw him yesterday for a follow-up, and my son is again special needs . Since his surgery is very protective of his ear, he does not like anyone touching it. My son got very upset and kicked him. He told me that was "unacceptable behavior." Well, this wasn't our first visit. We have been at least 3 or 4 times, so he is fully aware of this reaction. Then to make matters worse as we were leaving my son said "bye" to him. And Dr. White literally said, "Shoo be gone shoo" to my 8 year old son!!! I told him to his face that you don't treat kids that way and we won't be coming back."
