"I have been seeing psychiatrists for decades. I have had good and bad ones. When I moved to Oklahoma, I had to find a new one ASAP. I began with another Psychiatrist but didn't like how they treated me. I then moved to Tulsa Family Psychiatry & Wellness and I am so glad I did!!! Faith is an absolutely wonderful provider. She listens to me and discusses treatment options. I feel well taken care of and will continue seeing her."

"Congratulations to all those people who recently posted what a great experience they had. Must be nice to get an appointment. My last appointment was October 10. Supposed to be seen every month. Couldn't get another appointment from October 10 until last week. Was told they lost a doctor so they were experiencing scheduling difficulties. Four months. It took four months to get my monthly appointment. That was set for last week. I had to cancel due to being out of town for work and was not able to do telehealth due to working at the time the appointment was scheduled for. I called in advance to cancel and reschedule, FYI. So... last week I was rescheduled for today. They canceled today's appointment. Not me. I now get seen in April. Asked if they were still short staffed and was told no. Really? Why did it take Four Months to get my Monthly appointment and now it's going to take two more? Yes, I do request late appointments so I miss less time at work, but it still shouldn't take six months to be seen for a monthly mental health appointment when you're already an established patient. What's really annoying me is seeing all these recent reviews from new patients. How is it you're able to get all these first time patients in, but you are experiencing so much difficulty seeing your established patients? And why would someone tell me you're no longer short staffed? Clearly there's some sort of problem somewhere. BTW, the person I see, when I actually get an appointment scheduled, is great. Only reason I haven't gone elsewhere. She gets 5 stars. Be honest with people if you're short staffed. And maybe stop scheduling so many new patients.You might be able to see the ones you already have. They canceled again. Called in to reschedule, again, and was told I'm no longer being seen as a client. Decision was made by the owner of the business, not the person I see. I cannot even believe you people. And the response to my post makes it seem like I was not making my appointments. I was. This is no way to treat your patients. Just to clarify, I understand being short staffed, but be honest with people and do your best to see the patients you already have. Don't pretend there's not a problem. It's stupid and ridiculous and just makes you, as a business, look bad. It looks even worse canceling someone as a patient because they voiced an honest review."

"Having major problems with my daughter and they won't even give us the time if day to see us and see how she really is.. We went to one place and they messed up her medicine and she is really wild. I get calls and text from school. She stopped communicating with us. And there is sooo much more but they won't give us the time of day to assess us or help. We are in a panic to get help because of all this.. There is so much you can't get from paper and not an interview...of course I'm not a client. Apparently I didn't explain everything I needed for my daughter's help and I got rejected. I am not good at expressing or explaining things. You were my top Pick and hope. Now I'm still stuck looking for somewhere because she is now out of medication and the place I am trying to leave won't refill them till the 25th... Meanwhile she is now off meds... I can't afford to keep doing walk in just for med refill...thank you."

"Updated review: I changed my rating back to 5 stars because I can honestly say that Dr Herring went above and beyond to fix the issues I was having. It turns out there was a lot of miscommunication, and she was able to correct it all for me. I felt like after talking with her, she really listened to me and my needs and we have developed a plan going forward for my care. Her caring and compassion for helping others is a gift, and you can see that shine through, especially the way she takes the time to truly listen to others. I want to thank her for her help in all this. It has been a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I missed one appointment due to a family emergency, and they decided not to see me anymore. I had been going here for over a year. They also wouldn't refill my medications that I need, and called 3 different times, each time getting a different response. They obviously don't care too much about mental illness or the well being of anyone else. They just want to give you the runaround and let you go with out your meds."
