"My experience at this location was great. There was a problem with my insurance and the people at the front desk helped to resolve the issue and get it all cleared up. Then my appointment was great. The doctors and staff were all well informed and provided great service!"

"Probably the worst program I have ever seen, refuse to see a child with a fever, Ms Nancy at the front desk gives you numbers for people who don't answer phones and instead of explaining why they are refusing to see your child. Ms Nancy will just hang up on you"

"Called and spoke to referral to try to get a referral resubmitted for a surgery that happened a few months back and she told me that’s illegal. She also told me that anyone can can lose their job if they write you a referral for something that happened a few months ago and that’s extremely illegal to do and it’s against the law. She then proceeded to tell me that I had no insurance until I visited their office after I’ve been with my company for six years she continued to tell me I had no insurance and because of that I won’t be able to get a referral because my surgery happened before I had insurance. I never have an issue with anyone at this facility. It’s a great place, but please educate and well train your employees."
