"My wife and I needed to renew our OMMA license. We called and no answer. Left a message and got no reply. We ended up setting up a virtual visit. And even then my wife had to email the several times. Then all the sudden they showed up on zoom about an hour late. But even after all that hassle we still got it done but we had to do everything ourselves it seemed like."

"I had previously renewed my license here and had no problems. Recommended it to my husband and family. I'm not sure what has changed between two years ago and now but something is wrong. My husband had no problems when he renewed with them about 10 months ago. I completed my virtual visit 2 weeks ago. The pop up said I should receive the recommendation within 24-48 hours. I gave them about 6 days just in case there was a back up or problems. Emailed first on Tuesday and received no response. Called on Friday (8 days after appointment) never received call back. Called Monday - no call back. Called Tuesday - no call back. Called today, Wednesday - directly to voicemail. (The funny part is that video states if you have questions concerns etc don't hesitate to reach out to us through email, calls or social media - just so they can not respond.) Went directly inside to try to find out what was going on. I don't mind waiting I just want to know what is going on. Tell the receptionist I'm trying to find out what's happening. She gets my id and has me go back to the nurse. She asks why I use cannabis and I answer then tell her I've already had my virtual appointment so she immediately takes me to another woman to process my application. I tell her I can process my own application, I just need the recommendation and I'm trying to find out what's happening. She continues and finishes my application. Ok I guess this saves me a step... I pay and then leave. I still don't know what happened. If somehow I fell through the cracks - that's fine and it happens but I asked questions and received no answers. Had I simply been given an apology and an explanation I would not leave a bad review because things happen. Never was an explanation issued. Never was an apology issued. I appreciate that they attempted to fix my issue immediately when I showed up in person but no responsibility was taken for the problem in the first place. If I hadn't been able to directly come in would anything have been done? Because don't hesitate to contact and not get a response. They get two stars because the woman who processed the application was nice but altogether this experience has left me with a foul taste. For the next renewal I will definitely be choosing another company. Beware."

"Staff was less than welcoming and did the bare minimum. I definitely won't be renewing here and will be letting people know that they are much better off going elsewhere. Also don't expect to be able to get ahold of them if you had any concerns or questions, they just don't care."
