"I didn't have the best experience at Advanced Orthopedics of Oklahoma. My appointment was cancelled twice by the office before I finally just scheduled with whomever could see me. When I did go, the greeting was stiff and not extremely friendly. The interactions with the person who took me back, the x-ray technician, and the doctor all made me feel unheard, interrupted, and degraded. I did not feel as if they listened enough to be able to diagnose me well. And as I was leaving, I heard the doctor tearing into someone that he was evidently training. She looked very embarrassed. It was disappointing. Two positives were that the doctor did seem to be competent, and the directions that I was given to get there were helpful. (Later addition- I was contacted by the office coordinator. She wanted to understand more fully the experience I had at the office. She cared and listened well. I appreciated that. Doctors, nurses, and their staff in general are there to care for people. They work very hard to get their degrees and to maintain their continuing education. I appreciate that. They are people too and sometimes have rough days. But I do appreciate them and how hard they work to take care of the rest of us.)"

"The Staff there is just as sweet as they can be and Dr. Burrows himself is a really nice and thorough doctor. He's very compassionate and he'll try and do what he thinks is best for his patients. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their doc, especially if The Staff comes with it. God Bless You and give him a chance, he may even get you to quit smoking too. Plus you might even like him, I'm not sure!"

"The support personnel were very kind, courteous, and efficient. The surgeon whom I met was an expert in his specialty, very straight-forward, pointing out the pros and cons of spinal surgery. I am grateful for his candor and concern for my best interests."

"Seems to run smooth for the most part, well organized, the waiting area gives ample space to be comfortable. However the doctor’s are usually running late by as much as 45 mins. Nature of the beast which is why I can give a 4 and not 5 stars. Would I recommend going here YES, Absolutely!"
