"I liked my doctor but the Hispanic girls at the front desk are rude and they never answer the phone. It took me forever to initially make an appointment."

"Worst place ever! I don't recommend anybody with disabilities goes to this facility! I showed up for a Doctor's appointment on my bike a few minutes early so I pulled up outside a few feet from the doors and I was talking on the phone when a security guard named Phil thru Harmon Security Group, Morton hired. Comes out and asks me if I had a appointment there and I told him I didn't wish to answer any of his questions so he told me that if I didn't have a appointment then I would have to leave or he would call the cops so I didn't reply and finish my conversation and proceeded in the place for my appointment when the security guard followed me in grabbing my bike trying to pull it out and then started Is battering me with it. Thinking I didn't have an appointment there. Since then my bicycle has stopped working because of him"

"Our visit was wonderful. Dr. Bolender spent over an hour with us answering questions about our new infant. She is new to Morton, so knowledgeable and nice!"

"Never answers the phone. The last time I was there was for my daughters vaccinations. They were nonchalant and rough with my daughter while giving her shots, pediatrician is decent but I always feel like she has a condescending attitude and tone to me when she talks to me. I changed pediatricians and will not be coming back after everything transfers over to new pediatricians."
