"My sin has been sick for several days. After me and his mother telling him to go to an urgent care he finally went. Calls me after being there 30 minutes says they can't see him unless he pays $75 first. So I come to the location and ask the receptionist what are you billing him for. All she could say was he hasn't met his deductible. I told her but he hasn't seen a doctor and your charging him. She just stared at me. Place is a total joke. Do not go here ever"

"Very rude on the phone. Threaten to more then double the bill if I didn't pay . (That is no lie) It was for my son. He went then he called me to pay. It took forever to actually talk to someone. They try to get you into one of their programs. Meaning pay less now and then $39 out of your debit card s month. Have to have a card on file. Their prices are ridiculously high! So, beware!?"

"There is no portal to check your results and they haven’t called but once but only after i called three times to have the give me a call and i so happened to be busy since it was the next day when they were “available” to return my call. The voicemail that was left would be “we arnt going to call you anymore”. I shouldn’t have to hunt them down to get my results, I don’t even live in Tulsa so stopping by isn’t a option. Two weeks is plenty of time to of received results that i shouldnt of had to call and remind them to do in the first place! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND FIND ANYTHING URGENT CARE FACILITY TO GET YOUR HEALTH CARE NEEDS DONE AT!"

"Horrible place!! I went in on a Workers Comp in 2014. Waited for over an hour to verify. They verified and I was xrayed and examined. I received a bill. I called and told them it was Workers Comp - Never heard anything. They turned it over to collections. TOTALLY Against the Law. It is a very dirty facility and personnel are rude - As is their billing office. HORRIBLE Would rate them a minus but there is no option"

"DO NOT GO HERE. You have to wait a ridiculously long time even if there isn't anyone there. I literally was in a room for 40 minutes for something extremely minor that didn't require any lab tests. I was the only patient there. THE BIGGEST THING THAT HACKS ME OFF is the fact that they only mail you your bill. I recently moved and I had no idea I owed money from a visit over a year ago. They didn't bother calling or emailing me about the bill. Instead, I finally get it in the mail. It was sent out in June, so I should have gotten it well before I moved, but NOPE! Again, they never bothered contacting me in any other way. What was the point of me providing all the information when I was there if they aren't going to utilize it. Are we in the freaking age of the Pony Express?! NO! I check my email daily. I always call back if I have a missed call. They prefer just to send you off to collections!!!! It's ridiculous!! I only had a $40 bill. And I get sent to collection's because they FAIL to contact me any other way. They have done this to me MORE THAN ONCE! I EVEN CALLED THEM ABOUT IT! I'm so angry. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have never had such a bad experience."
