"I have had problems with dizziness for about 8 years, I was still in high school when it started so most specialists passed me around to the next and said “oh yeah there’s something but maybe you’ll grow out of it.” Which, I do recognize happens, but I haven’t grown out of it and just want someone to help me. Sally pushed for me to explain all my dizziness problems (even though I think some aren’t related to my ear) and made me feel so seen/heard. I still have more testing to be done, but I already know with Sally on my side we’re going to figure out what the problems are and hopefully I won’t feel dizzy anymore! I can’t recommend her enough. She also explains everything in a way that’s very easy to understand, which I appreciated."

"My son had surgery several months ago but recently started having pain in his ears. I called suspecting an ear infection (child #4, not my first rodeo) and was brushed off and told to use ear plugs when he's in water. I took him to another dr a few days later and there was a double ear infection. Then on our 6 month surgical follow up, when I told her about the ear infection experience, instead of apologizing or even empathizing, Sally defended the brush off by saying because his ears weren't draining fluid they wouldn't have treated him as an ear infection. Dr Burrows is a great and thorough doctor and surgeon, but the office has not be my favorite for after care."
