SEVA Med Care - Midtown Tulsa

"Initially appointments went well but now I see the massive issue with the call center that is involved with this place. After two weeks of trying to get me set up for my next treatment to just be told I will be called back to never be reached back out to. It’s been two weeks of the same thing every other day. I have been patient and respectful but this is just crazy to me. I Guess they don’t want my insane amount of money too bad because this out of pocket treatment is not worth this frustration. On hold for long periods of time just be told they will call me back then never call me back. All I needed was to get scheduled but I am so done now. I never have the option to actually speak with anyone that works there so now I have to go to freaking google to let them know how messed up this system is. After reading the other reviews it is obvious a lot of patients are having the same problem. I had a lot of hope and was willing to drop thousands of dollars and I can’t even get scheduled. Nope I’m done I will find somewhere else. And posting your blanket apology statement to all the people who give 1 star reviews is not going to fix this or make me want to keep trying to make this work. Your loss not mine."

"This place completely went downhill after the switch from Oklahoma pain and wellness to Seva Medicare, they overcharged me about 3,000 dollars in two years, had me as self pay instead of running my insurance which was on the entire time, and you can't get through to a medical assistant nor your own doctor. When you do call the only number listed, every person you talk to hasn't set foot in that clinic, and they do not forward a message to the doctors, only say they do, my doctor even told that she didn't have any recent messages, the last one had been 6 months prior."

"I was sent to this office because I have 2 chronic illnesses that cause life changing pain daily. I have had the absolute worst experience ever. First the doctor wasn’t very nice and then he changed my meds now I can’t get anyone to even call me back. I get the same answer “they will call u back within an hour” or “I’ll send a message” or sent to peoples voicemails that are full. Worst experience ever and I will be checking into getting a different doctors office."

"They have been going downhill since Seva took over. My doctor is Great but the company is not! They are only after more money. Constant billing and insurance issues. Now they charge a 4% fee to pay my copay with a credit card. I use a flexible spending account which is on a credit card. No other medical facility charges extra for my credit card payment. I stayed this long because I like my doctor but the CC fee is the final straw. There's plenty of other providers that are more organized and less greedy."

"This is the most ridiculous Dr and office staff I've ever had to deal with. You call and they never ever call you back even in an emergency. You can never get a hold of anyone. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY. Not just one location but multiple. If I could give "zero" stars I would. He did injections on my mom's back and now she can't walk."
