"HORRIBLE. THE WORST OFFICE STAFF ON THE PLANET. They caused harm to multiple patients by lying to them, saying they had been "discharged" as patients when the providers testified to the contrary. THE STAFF plays with people's health and lives. They RISK patient health. This is especially bad in Tulsa. Highly lacking professionalism. The office staff are total psychopaths."

"This is the first review I have ever written but I feel it’s important to warn people about this place. My daughter had been working with a doctor at LifeStance for the last 2 years. Her doctor had adjusted and changed her medication til she was finally taking a combination that greatly improved her life. Unfortunately, this doctor transferred to another clinic. LifeStance then assigned my daughter to a different doctor. At her first appointment with the new doctor, he disagreed with the combination of medication that the previous doctor had prescribed, and he refused to fill one of the prescriptions. When my daughter asked if he was going to make her cold turkey the medicine, he told her that “it won’t kill you.” There are very few medications for mental health that you can just cold turkey without pretty severe withdrawals. And people wonder why there’s so many mental problems nowadays when you have doctors like this that simply don’t care. My daughter is now suffering from anxiety and depression and worried about losing her job and taking care of her child as she is a single mother. I would think twice before turning over my mental health to this place!"

"I drove 90 minutes for an intake for my son only to be told my appointment was cancelled, and yes they failed to notify me, no they didn’t care and then they proceeded to laugh at me as I left the waiting room. HIGHLY unprofessional and RIDICULOUSLY rude. I had to explain to my son that’s NOT how grown ups should behave."

"This review is not directed towards the providers themselves, but rather the soulless husk known as the publicly traded company Lifestance, which is only beholden to the shareholders' financial interests. I am firing you, Lifestance. Your prices are outrageous. You don't return calls or messages in a timely manner, and the best members of your team are leaving to start another practice, probably due to low morale. You've run the former company Crossroads Counseling into the ground. I've already started warning every mental health professional, every patient and every support group I attend to avoid you like the plague. This is supposed to be about people's mental well being. Do better."

"First off, the one star is for Life Stance and their front office and office management. They do not send out paperwork for referrals or treatment notes on time. They are horrible to get in touch with and the portal only works half the time. Thanks to their incompetence I’m going to miss my other needed treatment for 2 possibly 3 weeks. My guess before long most of the doctors there will leave. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you take your treatment seriously."
