"Go at your risk! It's our fault as we didn't ask enough questions at our first appointment. We paid for a package deal, ends up we didn't even need this. Should have waited till we got the lab results back! Getting a refund is next to impossible. My husband works out of town during the week making it more than difficult for him to get into the office (which you have to meet with the doctor to even start the refund process) I'm sure they are going to strong arm him into some other item they offer just so they don't have to refund our money. Sure wasn't this difficult when they wanted our $2K!!!! The next issue was they never called to tell us the lab results were in. They have never returned any of my calls when I leave messages. Save the aggravation of using Tulsa Men's Clinic and go to a regular doctor!!!! Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Do Not Use Tulsa Men's Clinic!!!!!"
