"Great atmosphere I love my new PA and the workers are very nice and a clean facility always"
"I leave a one-star review when I really want to leave 0 I understand that the doctors are the professionals but that doesn't mean they can ignore their patients For 12 years I have suffered greatly, with multiple issues that all point to hyperthyroidism or Graves diesease But the doctors in these 12 years have done nothing but treat each symptom individually. I'm at my Max and decided today I would make it clear that I am done treating the symptoms individually But apparently stating this to the doctor was threatening and I offended the doctoral for stressing how bad these symptoms are effecting my life The doctor got offended and felt threatened for my telling her what's wrong .. We've tested everything from cancer in the blood to cancer of the body, I've seen every specialist out there, except for the specialist that deals in thyroid, that's the only area that hasn't been dug into and everyone in my family has thyroid disease But I offended the doctor by trying to state all this so guess I'll suffer even longer while the doctor acts offended from my telling her what's wrong with me"
"Can't see me for two plus weeks. Established patient. I have an an infection. Denied my antibiotic refill. Office said to go to urgent care. It's not during a pandemic crisis. They've done this one other time to me. Poor care, NO, no care. Community care has been notified to please remove "accepting new pts"."
"If I could leave zero stars I would. This facility has gone down hill since Dr. Janssen left. It took 2 months for them to get a referral completed because they sent the wrong form the first time. I called my insurance and they said it takes about 1 hour for a referral to be completed. I went to the ER on 12/24 with BP of 180/95 and was told to follow-up w/my PCP within 24-48 hrs, but Crossover said they wouldn't to see me until 1/12/21. They also need to realize how thin their walls are, because I overheard Dr. Brett and the nurse that drew my blood, call either me or another patient a Hypochondriac. I've only been here twice, so if it was about me, I'm not sure how they had time to gather that assessment. This is not how professionals should act or speak about their patients. I'm glad I switched to A&M Healthcare. With them, I've been treated like a patient, not a problem."
"When I tell the front staff I have asthma and cant wear a mask it doesn't mean they can force me to wear a mask. I have now left their practice and would gladly travel across Tulsa to see a Dr than to be forced to put my health at risk."
