"This place is a joke. I went in with a sinus infection and all they could talk about was covid. The doctor did absolutely nothing. No test for infection or anything. Would not prescribe antibiotics or anything to help. Just a bunch of word salad trying to make herself sound important. Stay away from this place. It's a total waste of time. There are no real doctors in this place. Makes you wonder about the medical community. I thought they took an oath to help people."

"Nice Doctor office, with an on-site lab and X-rays if needed. Our "Family Doctor" works from here, staff is always professional and friendly. If it weren't for all the Sick People, it would be a great place !"

"Dr. Amber Nicole Gunther was nice, up until the point she let us leave with a respiratory infection and absolutely nothing to treat it. The first time we went, it took over 2 hours to prescribe some cough syrup. The second time, they gave us absolutely no solutions and Dr. Gunther didn’t even come out after the tests to tell us what we should do. Terrible, will not return."

"The last time I was there, I was suffering from an ear infection/really bad cold/something. I made an appointment online and showed up with enough time to check in. As I waited, I noticed people arriving after me getting seen before me by the doctor. It was maybe 5-10 minutes after my appointment time, I tried to politely ask the front desk girl what the hold up was. She had the attitude that the doctors are busy and something along the lines of "Not everyone's getting seen on time" After almost an hour of waiting, a man brought me back to take my vitals, he told me that no one told him that I was there. I told him what I was there for.. didn't seem like he listened to me. After waiting.. and almost falling asleep in the treatment room(because I'm feeling like absolute poop), the doctor finally comes in. I tell her what's going on.. and she's just nodding, but it felt like she wasn't listening to what was wrong with me. Starting to be done with this place.. they just want your money and not care to help you."

"We went over the weekend, it was a time that wasn’t busy. We were walk-ins. The staff were friendly and there was very little wait time. They provided great advise, made the correct diagnoses, and asked the right questions to make sure that we wouldn’t have an allergic reaction to the medication. We are satisfied and recommend."
