"We stayed her for a basketball tournament with our entire basketball team. This place sucks. Rooms are filthy, we found a dirty diaper under the bed, another teams mates family had blood on a pillow. The hot tub was broken, pool is freezing cold Austin one of the workers is hateful wouldn’t answer my call, he would set the phone down, and I could hear his whole conversation with another person . He is a flat out jerk. This place honestly needs to be shut down. It’s bad. Please Miss owner tell me that I’m a fake reviewer because I have a copy of my receipt. I will post on here too. Along with pictures if this is debatable."

"We stayed for 2 nights March 22nd and the 23rd, 2024. For a basketball tournament. We picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Little did we know despite asking multiple time by mutiple parents that the pool and hot tub haven't worked and haven't for weeks. They flat our lied to get us to book rooms for our team. Multiple family's at the pool expressed how frustrated it was.. The hot tub was completely out of order and the pool was ice cold. The rooms where dirty the fridge didn't work nor did the TV... During March Maddnes.. Pulled back the sheet found dried blood on one of our pillows, when taking it to the front desk the response we got was oh thanks for letting us know. ?? The customer service is absolutely horrible, our team asked to use the breakfast area to play cards Austin-front desk clerk allowed us to go into the area only to come back around 10p to tell us we must leave the are because it was 10p? The breakfast is terrible, soggy, cold and dry. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to ANYONE. I never leave review, but I am hoping to save someone from the waste of money this place is. It's filthy and not worth it go down the street to a better cheaper hotel. Hope this feedback helps!"

"We stayed here for an anniversary get away because we still had our 4 yr old with us. The room was ok but the best part was the jacuzzi tub, the wife and little one both enjoyed that. The indoor pool would have been nice if it didn't feel like the artic ocean. The water was so cold I was surprised it wasn't freezing. Other than them charging another $50 on top of the reservation price we didn't have any issues"

"Breakfast was excellent! Room was nice.. but I noticed it could have been cleaner in the restroom... Thankfully I paid extra for the jet tub suite because the pool was too cold to get in and the hot tub was cold about the temp the pool should've been. But too cold to get into also. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"I very rarely write reviews, but felt it necessary to give my opinion about my stay at this hotel. I traveled for work 2 night stay…the bed was super comfy room was clean and to me the most important of all, hot water (even for the person that takes an hour long shower) the water still remained hot. Next the customer service was outstanding, I had the need to use the business center to print some documents, an employee who clearly did not work in this department saw me struggling with the printer, he went out of his way/ above & beyond to try to help me get the printer working. You don’t find that very often these days especially in customer service…. A+++"
