"Terrible customer service. Mostly ignored when in the store and when checking out, so incredibly slow, especially if you happen to return something. Manager lets you know she is not happy about returns and tries to guilt trip customers. I understand the store gets dinged for returns but that is something to be dealt with at the corporate level, not put on the customer. The return policy states items can be returned to the store or online. Don’t guilt customers. What will make them want to shop in person if you act like that? Felt very disrespected. Cute clothes and reasonable prices but don’t go in person unless you like bad service and attitude towards the customer."

"I love this store. 1st, the staff and owner/manager are so friendly. The are helpful if you need them. Just a great atmosphere. Then the close. They are awsome. I hate going in there because I spend so much money. The style the design are great. I have 4 new dresses and other things as well. Great Store Oh, I also sent my daughter a Birthday present from there and she has a store by her so now She is a shopper also."

"Cute shoes, friendly attentive staff but the plus size is very limited. It makes me question their designer, do they even use plus size models or forms? I only ask cause not 1 item in my size fit properly. All the shorts where way to big on the legs and did not shape the bottom at all. Made me look worse rather than the same or better. Not 1 single pair of straight leg jeans or stretch pants. A few pretty tops. I know some of us are big but we want to dell pretty also, some of those outfits look like granny would want them"

"Got a lot of good buys! Took the staff a while to greet me although I heard them greet other people after me. Finally check to see if I needed a dressing room! I didn't. It got better towards the end..."
