The staff is a true blessing from God. I hope and pray that they earn everything in their careers and lives that they shoot for in their futures. "Saint Francis has AWFUL customer service and no transparent billing. TBH It's probably less stressful to just risk the heart attack than to get treatment here. I had an issue with my heart over the summer, and the stress from dealing with the last six months of billing has been so miserable that my heart murmur came back. I'm not even bothering with treatment this time. What's the point? Which is absolutely ridiculous considering all of the testing I received was routine testing for diagnosing a minor heart condition. I worked with my insurance in advanced and tried to pre-pay everything I could and even attempted to verify if there would be any third party billing. They told me I was all set, but it's been nearly six months now and I'm still arguing with them about it and can't get anyone in their administration or their billing department to provide any information. Saint Francis isn't a hospital, it's a company that shakes you down for every penny they can get when you're vulnerable, sick and scared."

Everyone was very polite and quickly explained where we were and where we were going. The nurses were very professional, friendly, and efficient while exhibiting a great sense of humor. All of this worked to make a stressful time not quite so stressful. Thank you."
