"This is a filthy restaurant. I have been there two times and filthy every time. I don’t think they ever clean anything. This is a health Department issue.. We were happy when this Wendy’s opened because we thought wow a new Wendy’s. But, what a tremendous disappointment."
"Walked in and immediately noticed a person sleeping in the dining area. As I ordered I mentioned someone was laying down covered up sleeping inside. As I put my order in I tried to order chili but they were out so I got fries instead. I ordered to dine in and when my order came in it was in a bag to go. At the drink machine half the drinks were malfunctioning. Tried to get catchup but they were out also. Inside it was well lit but not clean. I ate my food and as I was leaving I noticed the same person still sleeping in the same spot. The food was ok but I can not recommend this Wendy’s. Feb 29, 2024 7:30pm"
"We stopped at 3 pm in the afternoon for a quick to go order upon arriving in Norman. Not one customer inside, no one offered to take my order, the employees were too busy talking. There was trash on the floor in the cooking area, and finally I just left after waiting and no one ever acknowledged me. My husband couldn't believe it as I have never left a fast food without even ordering. This is the only Wendy's I have ever had this experience......"
"Dont know what happened to this place. I went this morning 12 December only to wait for 5 mins without anyone to take my order in drive through drive around and saw the person was too busy on their phones to care about the drice thru. Then got my food and it was all cold and couldnt fill up box. Smh use to be my spot but you lost me."
"After several hours and multiple appointments on the opposite end of town, my growling stomach was unrelenting -- and made some very vocal demands. In compliance, I grabbed a quick bite at the local Wendy's - and wasn't disappointed with my choice. As usual -- my meal was fast, hot and delicious. I left with a quiet and extremely content belly - which made the remainder of the day infinitely more manageable."
