"Buying breakfast including coffee at this McDonald’s for about 8 years. Always very busy, my experience has been good until the last year. The managers have been the problem. Rude, aggressive and to the point of threatening. Her name is Jay. She is hateful, unprofessional and clearly lacks the skills required for any business that is customer service centered. Even though this McDonald’s is approx 1.1 miles from my home I will never go back. Looking forward to Dunkin’ Donuts opening. I do not recommend if you are looking for a positive experience every time you visit. I do appreciate the guy power washing the parking lot but at 0600 this man interferes with ordering at the drive through. I have watched cars finally give up at the drive through speaker when no one took their order. Don’t know if it was the loud washer or Jay ignoring the customer, to be the issue but ultimately the result was the same. A loss of business and frustrated customers trying to get a cup of coffee and/or breakfast while heading to their job arriving timely."
"A large iced coffee with a side of stale coffee grounds (just a regular Carmel iced coffee) ….how many times did you run the same grounds through?? Not only is my coffee gritty, but I was in line for almost 10 minutes, and not a single employee spoke to me. Got my order taken, and they didn’t hand me my receipt just gave me a thumbs up through the window, and the next person didn’t look at me. Just handed me my food and drink and closed the window. No hi, have a good day nothing. Literally the worst McDonald’s in Norman."
"We come here at least once a week since my husband donates plasma down the road from here. They are always busy, but they're always fast. The only complaint I would have is, if you have a customer at the counter, please acknowledge them. I understand that the drive thru and app orders are the busiest but there are still people that come in and would like service also."
"Manager said “the grill is calibrated fine, and this burger was cooked to the correct temperature”. I disagree."
"I ordered a sausage mcmuffin and it came with no cheese. I went back and told them about the mistake and they said to me "so you want cheese?" Twice. Yes it's suppose to come with cheese. This is the mcmuffin leaving McDonald's still no cheese. I was literally made to feel like I was wrong for asking to put the cheese on them when they are suppose to have it. Then they don't even do it."
