"Drive thru told me to wait at spot #1 for something they missed. Waited 20+ minutes and no one came out. Food was meh, but that's normal for Jack in the Box now that they removed the good munchie meals."

"I took my kids in the other day. We ordered in the dining room. Only one other group was eating inside. First the drink machine does not have the proper mix for carbonation. She told me it was because the ice part didn't work. We threw our drinks away before receiving food. Took 25 minutes for our food to be ready, then half was cold. 2 of the burgers buns were totally stale, like a rock. We just asked for a refund and left. Total time spent 30 minutes for nothing. I will never go back to this jack n the box ever again. No apologies were made and some guy was complaining in the kitchen about something."

"I just came in and stood at the register for 2 minutes while employees passed me and didn't say anything. Not only did no one greet me when I came in but they seem annoyed to be working here. Didn't offer to help until she saw me hold the phone up, then they cared that I was waiting.."

"Popped by for a quick breakfast on our way to a funeral. Got a “supreme” croissant breakfast sandwich. Thats a laughable description. It had 3/4 of a piece of bacon, cheese was barely on it. Tasted decent but not worth the price."

"I had a #1. My favorite, and I got it and I relised it did not have any cheese on it or mayo, only a tiny bit of ketchup and a small piece of lettuse. I called and talked to a employee and he was really nice and apologized and said let me go grab my manager and he did. She was fairly rude when I spoke to her after I said I didn't get any cheese or mayo, and she said, " is that it." Very rudely and after I said yes she hung up on me. Didn't even apologized. I understand long nights, believe me, but do not be rude to others please."
