"One of the worst IHOP I've been to.. Went to this IHOP during the cold spell in Jan 2024. Upon entering there were 3 workers, the two males were rolling silverware and one female 'Asha' was doing nothing as far as I could see. She absolutely refused to seat me. She walked around, hid in the back and just plain ignored me until one of the males asked if needed help. The place was not very clean, even though basically I was their only customer. Three other tables left while I was "waiting" to be seated. I kinda regret eating here although the food was tasty. I just don't like when people do not want to work but expect to get paid. I was irritated but decided to give this one a chance. I'm sorry I did"
"Came in on Christmas Day during dinner service. They were very busy and somewhat backed up but the staff was friendly and attentive"
"Service slow employers complaining about how busy but they aren’t food Burnt and cold and not made like described or like any other IHOP we ever been too. Kids Mac and cheese was served in a very small portion. This was the worst experience and and IHOP I have ever ate at."
"Staff always attentive and helpful, food always delicious as always. My favorite is the sampler platter but omelets and pancakes are also super good."
"Came here Sunday around 3:30 pm. during the shift change. It's the first day for our waiter. Waited 30 min for our orders omelets and fruit salad, you can see from the pictures on the bedded wilted lettuces. The waiter didn't know how to handle the situation. I complained to the manager, and she apologized and charged us one entree. Actually there are two entrees for one price from 3 to 6 pm. QA and lack of training are problems in this location."
