QDOBA Mexican Eats

"Updated: Placed an online order again today and all the food came out perfectly!! There was no extra wait for our order and nothing was missing! The couple of employees I talked to were all super nice and friendly. Everything was amazing!! Past: We placed an online order at 530 to be picked up at 730. We got there and went in at 730 to pick up our order and still had to wait until 815 before it was ready. It wouldn't have been ready by then if my husband hadn't of went through the line for walk in customers. We were missing items, and things were not packaged very well to where they spilled in the bag."

"They have changed their online ordering policy where now they prepare your food when your arrive at the store instead before when they would pre-prepare your food and leave it on the counter for your to pick up. This has tremendously increased the time it takes to get your food; instead of it being almost instantaneous, you have to now wait 10-20 minutes in the store. It would be faster to just order your food in person than order online now. Very frustrating. The food is still very good but this new policy change has left me reconsidering other options."

"Updated to add: the response by the “owner” is comical. Richard? Can’t even get my name right let alone an order. Just another generic “contact US for OUR mistakes” rather than anything else. They want to look like they care, but i guarantee there wont be a response or REFUND for the 40$ in wasted food I received. Will update again after speaking with “customer care”. Original post: Will not come back. The last three times we have been here the order has been messed up. Double protein is not double, I think they just charge for it and don’t give it to you. This time, I have been sitting here for 30 minutes post “pick up” time by my confirmation email. I have called twice and been told it would be two more minutes and out to the car as soon as it’s ready, yes at least 20 people have been in and out with their food since my supposed pick up time. Mind you, that pick up time is at least 20 minutes after you actually order. Do not offer curbside or online orders if you will not make them until the line is clear. It’s been an hour since I ordered with nothing to show for it. Unacceptable."

"Won't be going back. All the meats were burnt on all of our meals. The staff was so oblivious and couldn't remember asking us what we wanted. Had to repeat everything multiple times. Multiple people were getting the wrong food and even the to go orders were requesting their money back. Tables were dirty. Health department should probably go check this place out asap."

"I’m super pumped that they built a Qdoba close to my house. The chips and queso is delicious. The spicy queso is a bit too spicy for my taste. The chicken, quesadillas and salsa is spot on. The entrance yo the parking lot is a little awkward because it is narrow. Don’t forget to sign up for rewards that way you can get all kinds of free food. The peach lemonade is a nice complement to the meal. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere reminds me of Nacho Libre. Also the restrooms were kept clean. We eat here at least once every two weeks and the staff is friendly. It’s not too busy for being located in a college town."
