"Traveling thru Texas and needing help, the er was great! Very nice nurses, and doctor! Then I went to there clinic, and the office manager Christiana told me our fees will double if I want to be seen again. She was rude, and wanted to charge me double!! Christiana was rude and disrespectful, don't go there!"

"These folks are lifesavers. I was traveling through TX on a very long journey back to OH from CA and had a pretty serious emergency. A 24 hour "emergency center" had refused to even treat me because my insurance is Medicare and I'm disabled. The staff quickly took me in and Dr. Jusan was pleasant, a good listener, and helpful as well. I got the help I needed here and even though it's a very small rural hospital (I could barely see the "Emergency Room" sign from the street) it's extremely clean, well staffed, reasonably modern and professional. Thank you Shamrock General, I wish I could remember the names of the rest of the staff who helped me because they were all wonderful and fixed what was a very bad situation. - Eli L."
