"UPDATE: just spent 20 minutes on the phone with them to get hung up on when asking for a manager to assist. Cannot believe how little they care about their patients. My wife was needing to be diagnosed for something and was scared the last thing on anyone's mind in that situation is "will my insurance company work with x y z." They took her insurance card so obviously they thought it would and now we are stuck footing the entire bill which even if insurance helped pay some of they would also have reduced the bill amount as well. They refuse to work with us at all. Wife was referred here to have an ultrasound. Apparently they don't work with our insurance. When they ask for the card for insurance info before screening you sure think they'd know they don't accept that insurance and could have told her so she could have gone somewhere who did accept it. Tried to work with them as they advertise that they're a company that does right by their patients. They said they'd review our account for self pay but then decided because she has insurance (even though they don't accept it) that we couldn't get a self pay discount."
