"Everyone was very friendly and did their best to help my daughter feel comfortable and enjoy her visit. Maizie the therapy dog was also so sweet! They also did an excellent job explaining things and made my momma heart feel at ease."

"At the end of the visit, we were brought into an office where the lady showed me a nice fancy paper printed out with a list of the things they wanted my son to have done, totally hundreds of dollars (well over $500) they were assuming would be the leftover after insurance was billed but weren't positive yet. I left feeling like I had been talking with a used car salesman and wasn't made to feel like I had an option on any of it. We went back to my sons previous dentist who is an hour away, and moving to Lincoln was the only reason we switched in the first place. His previous dentist took new x-rays when Lincoln's Children's Dentistry refused to send the x-rays they took 2 weeks ago (our past dentists office said this was strange and not typical- usually they don't have an issue getting the x-rays from other dental offices)- after reviewing the new x-rays, she said she wouldn't recommend any work needing done. She said there is a tiny spot on the x-ray on a couple of teeth that are baby teeth, but those will soon fall out, so why spend money "fixing" that? I am very relieved that I went with my gut and got a second opinion, but very disappointed with feeling like they were just trying to take advantage and make the most money possible when in reality, he doesn't need any work done. I will drive over an hour to his previous dentist moving forward and will not go back, I personally would not recommend this office from the experience I had."

"Dr.Scott is great, she pay attention to every little details about your child's dental concern. Ms Lisa is amazing, she keep kids entertain with her such a great energetic attitude. The whole team at LCD are amazing. They are very understanding when it come to scheduling, they will help you out and work with you, even when you are running late they will not cancel you, unless they have to. Great place for you child's dental care."

"The good: The hygienist/technicians have always been very kind and patience with my 2 kids, especially my daughter who is terrified at the dentist and not always the most cooperative. The bad: Poor reliability from Dr. Scott. Two visits ago we received a call prior to our appointment letting us know Dr. Scott was not going to be in and requested moving our appointment time up so the fill-in doctor from Omaha could head home earlier - not super convenient but not a huge deal. Last visit, we show up as scheduled, the hygienist did their thing then said you're good to go. That Dr. Scott would review their photos/X-rays and let us know if there were any issues. We were never told they would not actually be seen by the doctor and we received no correspondence to know whether or not she actually reviewed them. I considered transferring care following that but decided to give them another chance. We had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 this afternoon. At 8:30am they called saying they had some cancellations and wanted to know if we could come early. I said due to my work and kids school that would not work. They called again at 1:30pm and said the weather was "getting pretty bad near their office" so they were cancelling our appointment and closing early. I live 3miles from their office and there had been no change in weather so asked what she meant by the weather getting pretty bad? It was projected to start snowing at 7pm (it is now 10:30 pm and still hasn't started snowing)... She said for the safety of their staff they needed to close and make sure everyone could make it home. Unless they are driving in from Missouri I don't think that would have been a concern. Needless to say, we will be looking for a new dentist for the kids."

"Everyone was so friendly and attentive to my son. First dental cleaning today and they had him sit in my lap which made him and myself way more comfortable. I appreciate all who helped us today and talked us through everything. The two pups we got to see were an added bonus. Thank you for a great first dental appointment."
