"While the imaging was great, they apparently only email your bill. If the bill payer in the family doesn't get forwarded that bill, AMI will send you to court to SUE you over a bill they 1.) haven't picked up the phone to ask you about, and 2.) have never sent you a paper bill for. Don't worry, though, they know exactly where to send your certified summons mail. Nice way to do business. I can't say I will never use them again, but I'll definitely find other options if at all possible."

"I was sent here for an emergency referral. Everyone in the waiting room had been waiting for hours, the lady at the front desk was very argumentative, stating they never got the referral. I waited almost two hours before they “found” the referral and was told i would have to wait about the same before they could get me in. They accepted my emergency referral when they weren’t able to schedule me in after assuring me and my primary care doctor that they could do my emergency x ray. They refused to give me my drivers license back, and the only reason they did was because i threw a fit about the way i was being treated and that they legally can’t take my license and keep it. On multiple occasions throughout my almost 3 1/2 hour stay other patients were also complaining saying they had been there for hours and didn’t have anyone communicate about when they could get in. These were people with very serious health issues who were being ignored by the receptionists and nursing staff."

"I have been coming here for so many years. From the time you check-in, get registered, then ushered into the Spa; you are always greeted with a smile, with gentle and knowledgeable professionals. Mallory was no different! Seriously, how can a professional turn this into a pleasure! The place has such a Spa like feel! Warm robes, warm cookies and specialty Tea Forte Teas. I almost hate leaving my Special Calming Spa and my Delightful New Friends! I would also like to mention the kind hearted treatment of my younger brother through all of his Cancer Treatments. Sadly he has passed, but it is warming to know that in his final months, he was treated with respect, professionalism and even some humor, which he loved!"

"I just wanted to share with you my experience with the MRI guided breast biopsies….I can tell you that I will NEVER do that again!! I have had many biopsies both in my breasts and neck and never experienced anything like that…given the prone position you had to lay in with your arms above your head (you felt like your shoulder was being pushed backwards in a position it shouldn’t be able to go in along with going to sleep) and the fact that we were doing 3 biopsies and had to lay completely still for almost 2.5 hours, the Ativan that I took prior to help combat the claustrophobia didn’t even touch the surface….it was the most miserable experience I have ever had and I had natural childbirth of my 2 older sons with 24 hrs of hard labor for the first one and would do that again in a heartbeat compared to this. I am still home today (after 3 days) with barely being able to move my right arm up (extreme pain just putting a pony tail in my hair) let alone the almost tennis ball size hematoma in my right breast by the time I got home and additional bleeding. I have kept ice on and the swelling has gone down some, but still very sore and not wanting to risk further problems. It is now 2 weeks later and still having extreme pain and over a tennis-ball sized hematoma in my right breast and my breast looks like it has been thru a war zone still! Needless to say that my breast cancer surgery is delayed until the hematoma is absorbed, luckily it is stage 1. I don’t know if it is usual to have that many biopsies at one time, but I would never recommend that to anyone. They told me the prior person before me was only getting one done and couldn’t finish. You also have your face in an open area/hole (like a massage table, but much smaller with lots of extra padding around it, so was difficult to even do deep breathing exercises to breath thru the pain, so you felt like you couldn’t even get a deep breath, just shallow breathing and getting extreme light-headedness. Just an FYI to you if you have other patients go thru and I don’t care what has to be done in the future, but I will NEVER do that again! It took everything I had not to hyperventilate and pass out and they kept telling me not to pass out because then people tend to move and have to start all over again. :l Just thought I would share that and hopefully you can keep other patients from having to experience that. Quite honestly, I feel like surgery would be easier, at least you are under anesthesia and get to lay on your back! Then at least you are expecting the pain/swelling to that extent!"

"If it allowed me to leave more than 5 stars I would. My experience on 12/21 was amazing my Nurse Emma who prepared me for surgery and took care of me in recovery was awesome. The anesthesiologist and surgery nurse were just as good. Of course Dr Williams always is great with my visits and this surgery. I just want to say I definitely recommend AMI for whatever is needed the staff from check in to finish are always great!"
