"Business owners beware of this company!!! This company will not call you back, nor will you get any support if there is an issue, they take your money and run. I've tried contacting Justin Lewandowski in regards to a work comp audit, no call back. I got billed and extra month on my policy, called him, contacted his assistant Ann who supposedly emailed him to remind him to call me, still nothing. There is 0.00% customer service and customer support, we will never do business with this company again!!"

"Doesn't care about their clients one bit especially their VP. Takes an arm and leg just to get them to answer a call or email. Worst insurance agency out there."

"I have tried for 12 months via 6 emails to my agent at Unico Group to update the address in my policy by simply removing the old address so I am not liable for anything that occurs at the old address. They have not done so. Also, they run a completely antiquated billing system that has zero automatic withdrawl or ACH transfer. If you are one day late on a payment because there is no automated scheduling they send threatening letters that they are cancelling your policy."
