Reviews
"Addie’s approach to counseling sessions is very client-centered. She also is really good about taking careful notes during intake and updating and referring to them for future sessions. Her listening skills are spot on, as she makes sure to clarify and ask questions to ensure the client is adequately being understood. In using cognitive-behavioral therapy, Addie was able to help me handle my own perfectionism, work-life balance issues, and mild anxiety in a matter of 8 sessions or so."
"Addie is so personable and makes me feel so comfortable. I started sessions by myself where she helped me through depression/anxiety. Now I’ve seen her for relationship issues with my now fiancé, parenting issues, and now my fiancé is going to solo appointments too. I’ve been seeing her for almost two years now and would recommend her to anyone! Thanks for all you do Addie!"
"I would not recommend anyone with PTSD to this therapist. She does not handle blunt honest approaches to personal issues and I, personally, felt extremely judged about my past. I am sure she is better with less severe cases, but not PTSD."
