"Got in contact with a therapist and she replied a few days later asking for my availability, answered and still haven’t heard back since February. Very unprofessional about insurance as well. Reason why people don’t seek out therapy anymore."

"I needed to schedule an appointment with someone as soon as possible for my child. I called multiple times and got voicemail each time. It said that they had lots of openings and even immediate ones and that someone would contact me within 24 hours. I left a message. That did NOT happen, no call back. I called again a few days later. Same thing. I even reached out and sent an email. No communication back. I tried calling one last time and this time I left a voicemail stating that I had been trying to contact someone and was told that they had immediate openings and I would be contacted and that I was frustrated because I had not heard back after a week, 3 voicemails and an email. Finally a man called back and he was completely arrogant and rude. Not to mention condescending. Told me they were super full. Zero apology for the delay. Acted like he could care less on helping me or my child. I will NEVER recommend this group simply because of how this man treated me and handled the situation. I was never rude or mean. I just advocated for myself and stated frustration for the lack of communication because the voicemail message said one thing but the actions of the practice said another. Change your voicemail or live up to it!"
