"Good luck getting an appointment! Spent months jumping through hoops before I got my first confirmed in person appt. That appointment was changed to a zoom meeting without contacting me first. I wanted an in person appt. so I asked to be rescheduled. Knew appointment was made for nearly a month and half later and that appt. also became a zoom meeting without contacting me first. All in all, wasted about 5 or 6 months just trying to get an appointment. Do not recommend, if I could give zero stars, I would."

"While there has been a long wait to get my diagnostic report back every time I send an email asking for an update they assure me they're trying. They are a super busy office with backlogs. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable she made sure I understood my diagnosis and I really appreciate the work they did."

"Like many other reviewers, I had great difficulty in getting my records of the evaluation once completed. It took roughly 9 months and trying 7 times contacting Dr. Marti's office (often without response) to get this paperwork which she indicated in writing that she would get to me. When I was finally able to pick them up at the office, the records were incomplete. Would not recommend."

"This office is incredibly unprofessional. I started the process of autism testing over one year ago (13 to 14 months aho to be exact) and I am still trying to get answers from Dr Marti and her team. There was an entire 8 or 9 month period in this past 13-14 months that I just didn't hear anything from Dr Marti or any of her staff despite my attempts to call and email. Now that I have finally had my diagnosis appointment, I am waiting for the final diagnosis documents so that I can receive services and get help for myself. I have been waiting for over one month, again, despite all of my attempts to email and call. I am met with excuses with each email-they are busy, Dr Marti had personal things going on, etc etc. It's always something different. I understand personal matters and needing to take time off but in the process she has "ghosted" many patients and made a difficult and lengthy process even more unbearable. I just want a diagnosis and help. I would absolutely not recommend Dr Marti and her office. Go anywhere else."

"My son received evaluations through Diane Marti in January and February 2020. The evaluations appear to have been completed, but the evaluations were never sent to the places I signed a release to have them sent to. I have called the number to her office numerous times and all I get is a voice mail. No phone calls back. I am beyond frustrated with trying to get this provider and office to comply with a simple records request."
