"Don’t expect to ever receive a response! I submitted an appointment request in September of 2023. In December I still had not heard anything back. I called and reach someone who stated that they were unable to assist, as they did not accept my insurance. Due to my insurance changing, she told me to submit another appointment request with the new information. She also indicated that I should note my experience with not receiving a call back. So with my second request submitted in December, 3 months later I still had no response. I got on the phone with someone today who once again stated that they did not accept my insurance. So after a total of 6 months and 2 requests, I finally found that they are useless. So much for a company who has your best interest in mind…."
"*5/22/2023 UPDATE* The office still has refused to return my calls. Its been a week now. Will most likely be contacting attorney if a response is not received by the office before end of this week. I have had my children working with Williamsburg for a few years now and although I feel their experience with their therapist has been okay, the facility's billing department is a complete joke! They say they email you your bill but I have NEVER received them, unless the therapist herself emails the bills to me which is not her job so it is not consistent. No monthly bills, nothing. Then when you do finally receive a paper bill from them in the mail, it has been MONTHS and now they are demanding you pay this obscene amount promptly; not to mention that the obscene amount includes dates of service you already paid for! In the past few years, the only time I have been notified of a balance due was if the therapist emails the bills or the rare occasion the front office calls, which again does not happen often. This facility is just a complete mess to work with. Save your money and time and go to a different facility."
"got services for my kids from testing (autism) to counseling sessions all was beyond awesome service. always good about responding when left messeges and cover a wide range of service..curently doing couple sessions. All the people we have come into contact at this clinic have been professional, knowledgeable, consistent in there services. i highly recommend this clinic and yes there is a waiting list ,yes it takes time but it is well worth it ."
"I deleted my first review and am reposting because the business replied to the first review with an apology, which is fine, but then also a comment about being glad the billing issues were resolved/bills were going out correctly now. That's false - they may be sending bills now, but those bills are not correct and payments are not being processed correctly. The bill I received this week is for the same services from 2021 that I already paid for when I got my first bill several months ago.I have proof of full payment from that bill and proof of the payment clearing my bank. But for whatever reason, they only credited half of that payment to my account at Williamsburg, leaving my account showing that I still owed half. And then they waited over two months and issued another bill for the remainder, saying it was past due. I am hoping this is simply the result of a poorly run billing practice/disorganized office rather than actual fraud where the billing company is taking money that should be going to the medical practice. This would match my experience of the overall practice being pretty disorganized - waiting months for test results, waiting weeks for call backs or emails, having appointments canceled at the last minute because of double booking, etc. But until this gets resolved, all I know for sure is that they did something with half the money sent to them other than apply it to my account. So even though Dr. Marti is extremely knowledgeable, qualified and provided me with information I've found very useful, you should be extremely cautious about becoming a client of this practice and, if you do, scrutinize every single piece of paper you get from them, keep meticulous records and get everything you possibly can in written form rather than handling it over the phone."
