Steven’s Creek Villas

"4/5 Living at Steven's Creek Villas has been a good experience so far. I've been living here three 1/2 months thus far. I decided to move here because the building I moved into was brand new and the price point for a two bed two & 1/2 bath was excellent for being brand new and having things like an attached garage, private entrance etc. In my opinion, these villas are in the top 5 within Lincoln NE. They give off a homey feel rather than a apartment feel. These villas are not advertised as luxury and they are not, but far from basic apartment living - right in the middle I'd say. The private entrances with attached garages, stainless steel appliances and modern floor plan design are very nice. Move in experience: 2/5 My move in experience was not good, several things wrong; garage didn't work, hot water, stove etc. However, they eventually got it fixed over time. However, my application process went smooth- genuinely nice office staff. Property Management: 5/5 Karli, the current property manager here is great- she is extremely responsive which is helpful. The actual property is nice, quiet for the most part. Regarding the actual units- you can hear doors shut/neighbors walking in their upstairs if you live in a two bedroom, even though the upstairs is yours (echo within the floor boards) and also you can hear cupboards/drawers shut. This is not due to the tenant, but just how these villas were built/flooring Property Recommendations: Onsite maintence Trash cans at the end of far buildings Privacy dividers or a fence on the two bedroom patios/ coyotes etc. come Include a spray tool on the kitchen sink hose Install quiet control cupboards or make a alternative available (This could be more so for luxury apartments though) Build a club house - basic apartment amenities typically include a gym, lounge and a pool at most."
