"The Lenox Village Apartments are an amazing place to live! The office staff will always go above and beyond to answer any questions or provide support for any needs. We have a package delivery room that is safe and secure and the Office Staff make sure packages get into lockers a couple times a day ... Which is not a requirement but they do this for their tenants. Maintenance is always quick and they step expectations in a timely manner for any repairs. The office staff also check back on every workorder to make sure everything was completed. The grounds staff go out of there way to learn your name and help to keep everything looking so beautiful on a daily basis. The Lenox Village goes out of there way to make you feel like your HOME. I feel very safe and have enjoyed getting to know all my neighbors. Truly beyond 5 stars experience."

"A nightmare from the start. Our carpet had to get re-shampooed at move in as it had a big crusty area in living room. We come home to soaking wet carpet after work, 8 hours gone all day. No fans put on it. Carpet still crusty after that. You pay 50 month for stainless steel appliances s month, new with dents in them and not set in place. Our fridge rolled all over, junky cheap appliances! Garage rental of 75 month had water dripping from ceiling! You have to pay for trash pick up extra from your apartment a month, not a choice! Ceiling had big water spot stains from after it rained. Maintenance just comes in and sprays white paint over it and leaves you in the fumes! Hallways hot, no elevators for move in. After this is just the beginning of ongoing problems! It gets better, you leave the apartment like you found it on move out, do all their cleaning they expect or they will charge you! Have them check it before you leave for any damage they say no, everything looks good. REFUND CHECK/DEPOSIT money, THEY KEPT IT ALL. No itemized damage sheet mailed out. It was cleaner then we found it!! SAD and wouldn’t recommend it. A joke for a luxurious place they claim!! If you move in, the nightmare begins!!"

The grounds are so beautiful and kept up daily. If you submit a work order, they call and let you know when they will come over to fix it. This place feels like HOME to me. "I have lived in many apartments over the past 10 years and Lenox Village is the first to truly feel like home. The office staff is AMAZING! Always very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Maintenance has been prompt and does great work. Love that they have a grounds crew keeping the community spotless! Everyone is always so friendly and greets you with a smile. There is a strong sense of community. The parties they host are an added bonus of being a resident there! I am so glad we moved into Lenox Village!"
