"I love Holmes Lake Apartments, so quiet, extremely well run and maintained. After selling my house in Florida this year and finding my apartment online, I feel very much at home here. Sam and Trevor are really on top of things, and Tom and Ty are indispensable. They really are The Fab 4. The garage is a great feature, and the pool area with the great flower planters and Ty’s vegetable garden are a delight. For me personally there is one handicap: since I have to use a walker I really struggle, and I mean struggle, to open the very heavy entrance door. Trying to open the door and to keep it open to get myself and the walker through the door is something I don’t relish. It would be great to rectify this situation. I am sure I am not the only resident who has this problem. Many thanks to Sam and Trevor as well as Tom and Ty - you make this place a real home for me. Christa Hoellering"
"All combined I’ve lived at Holmes Lake Apartments for about 6-years. It is the most quiet and well maintained apartment building I’ve ever experienced. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The underground parking garage is also a nice feature. I’m very happy here and consider it my home. There are so many lovely features to this apartment. The grounds are immaculate. The elevators and additional storage spaces are convenient. If anything breaks, it is fixed immediately. Terrific place to call home!"
