"Prior to appointment: I had a poor first impression. Appointment setter was rude and patronizing over the phone. I was tempted to go to another location or choose a different provider. That’s how nasty she was. Day of appointment (South Lincoln Office) Entrance needed better signage for my initial visit. It was a bit confusing as the space competes with MRI and Quick Care offices. Check-in area crowded. Staff nice. Wait to see medical professionals was 10-15 min for myself and most patients. Exam area: Emma, Kayla, Jordan were great. Didn’t get to meet my doctor, however. After appointment, I got a nice call from Ann who set up my MRI."
