"I've been attending therapy with HopeSpoke for over a year now. The therapists and med providers here are absolutely wonderful. A recent incident has occurred, however, that has left me feeling disgusted. I walked into the lobby during one of the Admin team's meetings to hear one of the employees by the name Brittany very openly discussing how much she hates children. As a client there with childhood trauma, I found it incredibly inappropriate and voiced my concerns. Their solution to the problem was to isolate me from the lobby area instead of coaching their administration team on their unprofessional behavior. I used to recommend HopeSpoke, which coincidentally used to be called the CHILD Guidance Center, to anyone seeking mental health services. Not anymore. Disappointing to me that adults can't behave for the 10 minutes I'd have to wait in the lobby and decided that I was the problem and needed to be removed."
