"*Edit* The owner commented a nice response on here but have still yet to get a phone call back and still have not received my refund as of 3/25 Originally came to the store on 3/9 !!! Decided to try this place out . Not the best experience from the start . They don’t even have a real eye exam it’s done telehealth . Picked out glasses and got the exam done anyways . Was told glasses will be done in about an hour. I left. Got a text message said they were done. I came back to test fit noticed a huge scratch on one of the lenses no problem they said they will cut a new one right away and get it fixed the next day I went to pick up when they said they are done and noticed they cut the lens wrong again it was loose inside the frame. At that time they didn’t have any more lenses to cut. It was going to be a 3 to 4 days I told them I’ve already been here a couple of different times decided to just go with a refund. I paid cash over $300 and they said they would have to issue me a corporate check at the store level they said 5 to 7 days I decided to call after a week to the corporate store and they are telling me that they don’t process Refunds until 30 days I’m not sure how they can even do that. This is just my experience I would try the online store seems to be way better prices. I found the same glasses that I was going to buy from them online for about half the price."

"Great with purchasing glasses.after that you're pretty much on your own. Lab seems to have alot of issues. Poor service after glass arrive. I guess you have to ask for adjustments.any where else this is a given"

He explained the different frame options that suited us best. Overall, the staff is very professional and friendly. Will recommend to friends and family."
