"I’ve gone through withdrawal of my meds twice now because they don’t send the scripts to the pharmacy. They never answer the phone and don’t return voicemails. Obviously do not care about their patients at all. The on call pharmacist made sure to belittle me as well, that was a nice touch."

"I went to Genesis off and on for 6 years and saw Trisha Jobman. They will NEVER answer the phone but when you see the front desk lady in person she’s friendly. Trisha isn’t mean, but she’s kind of emotionless and our appointments felt robotic. She would be emotionally checked out and then our appointment would be over quickly. I didn’t feel cared about and she definitely wasn’t emotionally invested or empathetic about my symptoms or treatment. Over the 6 years I often I felt helpless and voiceless because I wasn’t being listened to and my symptoms weren’t being taken serious. I was struggling so bad. I was afraid to switch providers after going to genesis for so long. I begged and begged for the medication I needed and it went ignored. I finally switched providers and got the medication I needed the first appointment. My terrible symptoms alleviated. I now see a provider that genuinely seems to care and listens to me about my symptoms. A provider that trusts me with my treatment plan. Unfortunately I did not experience that with Trisha."

"Had been in the same med for over year, they randomly switched my provider without notice and refused refills until I saw him. The new provider saw me once then dropped me as a client because I missed an appoint due to a work emergency. When I called about it twice I got no response, they then gave me one more refill with out responding to me. When I called them and they finally picked up the manager hung up as soon as she told me they refilled it without letting me speak or offering an explanation. If you want a well managed psychiatric office with people who care this is not it."
