"I havent even had my applintment yet but im making this review because of the aweful receptionist. I called saying i needed to make an apointment because of ear pain. She replied that "id need to call my regular healthcare provider." To which i told her my doctor told me to call them because he isnt an Ear Nose and Throat doctor. She replied with attitude that "Well i thought you meant you wanted an apointment today." And i replied "is that what i asked for or did i just ask to make an apointment?" And she replied "Dont give me attitude, "Even though i recieved attitude from her first."

"I highly recomend staying away from this place! I came in for a checkup after paying them for sinus surgery. I was billed $900 for a 5 minute checkup. I was astonished! I feel completely screwed over. I went in and talked to the receptionist and she even said to not pay till I talked to the site manager because something must be wrong and they could have used a different billing code. I spoke with him and he thought the $900 was adequite because they used an expensive billing code thus showing he has no compassion for any patient."

"I have been coming to ENT Nebraska for years. My original ENT doctor retired so I had to establish care with another doctor there. I chose Dr Robinson. He made recommendations for me to consult with his partner Dr Schmid for possible surgery. When.meeting with both providers I felt I was given all the info I needed to make the right choice. They explained everything to me so that I could understand. Regarding other peoples one star reviews... I'd like too add that, you should most definitely form your own opinion and schedule an appointment and you be the judge!"

"Ladies in the front were friendly and helpful, that's where it ended. Once I got to the back one of the assistants came and took my vitals and information for my chart. When she stepped in she saw I was wearing a mask and asked if I wanted her to as well. I told her that was her choice, the door was slightly open and I could hear her making comments about not missing wearing masks. Then once she had left, the doctor and a PA slightly opened the door and once again I heard comments from the staff at the desk just outside making comments and being condescending and ridiculing me. Once Dr Schmid had come in, it was very odd with the PA with him and it seemed very rushed. He told me not to do A, B, C and D. Once I told him that for over 30 years I have been doing those very things, he said I guess I knew what I was doing to help stop infections, it was in a belittling tone. I would never go back here again. For so-called "professionals" to ridicule someone for wearing a mask is mind boggling to me. DO NOT GO HERE, drive a bit further if you have to, this place should be completely restaffed or closed permanently."
