"Went here for over 3 years. Paid all our bills. We fumbled a payment recently, just didn't get to it on accident, and was sent a letter kicking us out of the practice. No call. They said they "don't bother calling" it's "not in their policy". If you are looking for an office that gives personalized care this IS NOT IT. We ended up being treated like just another number in the far to many children they see to care about our family."

"Avoid Dr. Shelley Nelson if you can! She has a horrible bedside manner and does a terrible job answering questions, leaving me wondering how much she remembers from med school. She also gives the impression she knows more than you about your child simply because she is a doctor. It is also difficult to get an appointment. Thankfully, I have found a wonderful doctor at another practice who listens, communicates and is very knowledgeable. I recommend going elsewhere to find a more competent and personable physician."
