"I don’t recommend this place. I started going there because I was desperate & couldn’t find anywhere else that was taking new patients. They seem to pass you around a lot - and I prefer to have 1 doctor. I originally started seeing Dr. Cassell, who was great, but she seems to be gone now. Staff turnover is high, and they have someone who can’t tell you anything call you to schedule appointments following labs. Follow up appointments are required constantly - even to review normal lab results. It’s their policy that their primary providers don’t prescribe mental health meds. I really like their head pharmacist Peter who seems to be knowledgeable & cares about the people he’s helping."
"I can’t speak for everybody, but what I can say is this. I spent many years trying to find a practice that would provide the kind of thorough comprehensive care that allowed me to navigate my issues related to mental health. As my insurance situation improved, I returned and become a patient once again. The observation that I have seen is an even greater emphasis on empathy and compassion towards the people that suffer from mental illness. I feel heard and I feel that people actually care."
"It started out fine. It’s the amount that this facility has declined so recently that is appalling. I have been a long term patient and never wanted to believe the terrible things. After basically getting fired as a patient and being sent to collections over $63 I’m severely disappointed. This year has been a very hard one for me. Alivation has not been helpful, they have fought me every step of the way while going through these hardships. The only reason I kept going back is because Dani is an amazing provider I give her 5 stars no doubt. Sad to see good people getting stuck on a sinking ship. I’m also disappointed that a MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY cares more about getting my money than MY ACTUAL MENTAL HEALTH."
"Zero stars; this is an absolute racket. The don’t care about quality patient care or treatment of their patients. The low stars are a red flag and I wished I would have paid attention after months of treatment my medication is completely messed up and my mental health is suffering for it. You can’t get a real person on the phone unless you’re making an appointment. Everything is done through a text platform that is ignored or information that you’ve already said gets spit back to you by unqualified techs not actual nurses."
"I have been going to this office for years, in the beginning it was great. But it seems to be going downhill. Now, there's almost always a really long wait just to schedule an appointment, also you have to have an appointment just to get your prescriptions filled and now they are charging anywhere from $20-$50+ just to fill out a form for you! Also most of the new receptionists are rude (except Sophia) I REALLY do like Dr. Duffy as my Doctor, He listens and he's been the only one to figure out several issues I was having and the correct medications for me! Update: I've now been trying to get a refill of one of my meds for almost 3 weeks, I'm having bad side effects without it and they STILL haven't filled it!!! I'm constantly contacting them and IF I get anything back it's a text message, which does no good to respond too!"
