"If you have kidneys, this is the place for you! Imagine this: Walk-in lab service with no appointment! What a country!"
"Had horrible and sad experience with Doctor Brook would never go back, she doesn't have the patience to be a doctor never seen a professional be so rude and disruptive like her, didn't do a good job since the hospital she told the patient that he was on stage three 1st, then she told him on stage 4 I was there when he was in the hospital. After that in his appointment he was told on stage 4 and that she never said he was on stage 3 she kept arguing. 2 months after he was seen again and the doctor told him reminding him and causing him that he was literally making it up instead of focusing on the appointment and check up, threatening to not attend him anymore but yet when he was in the hospital she told him to stop taking certian medicine. She kept arguing that she never told him that instead of focusing on his actual issue really childish. His grandpa had issues and was in the hospital and wasn't respinding, he had many things that worried him and still told her why he was feeling the way he was feeling. She said stress had absolutely nothing todo with the issue nor should it affect blood pressure. He was asked how he was feeling since he had a 199 over 102. 199 being systolic number and 102 being diastolic number. She claims that he hasn't been taking his pills appropriately Dr. Brook wouldn't remember what was said and you claim that she never did since he had his written instructions. Then threatens him that she will not see him anymore since he's not following his instructions when she can't even remember many things at this point, get frustrating. Then tells him why he didn't get his covid vaccine that there free to get. Everyone decides if they are willing to get it or not! Plain rude in all the process from beginning to end."
"I found out from some tests that I might have poor kidney function, I was scared, I really can't say I wasn't. The staff at the office, and especially my doctor Rachel Brock, calmed my nerves, told me the truth about how I can fix these issues so they are less of a problem and I felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders"
"The doctors are top notch, best in town. The doctors earn 5+ stars. The medical direction they provide to the associated dialysis lacks assertiveness. The dialysis centers run their own businesses, and poorly. LNH should take more direct ownership of the medical decisions at DCL. The office hours at LNH are abysmal. A patient cannot work full time and make an appointment. They have very limited business hours. The nurse practitioners are great, very friendly and competent. There is variation in the competency of the individual RNs. Some try to make MD decisions without the degree. One has to make sure and be forceful about getting the physician's opinion and not get cut off by the nursing staff. I've been a patient at this group for 32 years and have seen very few changes. The high quality of the doctors has never waned. And for that reason alone, I recommend this business."
"The nurses and secretary are nice. Dr. Warrior needs to be more friendlier. She tries to ask me stuff in a not so nice attitude. Dr. Warrior did ok with my mom. Now my mom is deceased. Like to thank Dr. Warrior for the treatment my mom got from her."
