"Dr. Bertolini is a great doctor. He is the ONLY doctor that I know who will call me directly to make sure I'm feeling better after I was in the office for an illness. He also takes the time to listen, explain everything, and then come up with a plan for treatment. I've been a patient of the clinic for a long time and not once have I not received the quality of care I deserve. Thank you for what you do Dr. Bertolini, I wish more doctors were like you!"

"Dr. Bertolini is an excellent Doctor and I will keep on coming because of him. However, the person at the reception desk was not a welcoming staff, especially in the beginning and I really felt was discriminate against at one point."

"I feel like the doctor here had good intentions but he referred me to a doctor that was literally clueless about my tinnitus which is due to my jaw. He sent me to a doctor that told me “there’s nothing I can do” within 2 mins of the appointment. I wasted my time with this doctor here, then he wasted my time and money again by referring me to a different doctor that immediately no matter what he did wouldn’t be able to help me. The other referral he gave me was to a out of network provider. Just great. Literally thanks for nothing and sucking every last dime I have. I’m now helpless"

"The person on the phones was rude and unprofessional and didn't seem to care. New to the Lincoln area, I called to schedule an appointment and was put on hold right away. The lady then picked up and I was mid sentence into the reason for my call and was put on hold again. I called again she asked me for my name and was told they are not accepting new patients. If you picked up my call the first time ask me if I'm a new patient, save us both time instead of having me wait, have to call you back just to tell me you don't accept new patients. Bummer! I had I hopes for this place."
