"I had been going here several times, they doing great job at all times. Two days ago my daughter vomit after eating them we went there and Dr prescript the medication for her she got better after that. But seems like the old lady of her assistant look like new worker and needs more training to be carefully to listen to our problems."

"I had the misfortune of needing to stop into an urgent care in February on a Wed evening. I do not remember the staff names working the night of 02/21 and I wasn't even positive I needed to be in there for a visit. I cut myself and decided to stop in and see what they thought. I was greeted by a very nice gal who asked me what happened and said let's have you step into a room and just see what the provider thinks. The provider stopped in very quickly and examined my cut and gave me her advice and did not think stitches were necessary. They didn't make me go through a process of filling out paperwork and didn't expect me to pay. They went out of their way to see if it was worth a visit or not and they were quick. The next time I need to go for a true UC visit, I will go back to Heartland."

"They were very kind, I will say that. However, I went in for vomiting and abdominal pain that had been getting worse for over two weeks. They did an STD swab and said I had high pH, and sent me home with a script for antibiotics. A week later I went to the ER and was admitted into the hospital. Four days later I had emergency surgery to have my gallbladder removed. It was working at 0% and I was diagnosed with esophagitis. I appreciate the customer service. They were fast but they were not thorough with the exam. I should have been referred to the ER that night. I spent an extra week thinking I just had severe symptoms of an infection when the problem was organ failure. I would use Heartland again but only for very mild issues, like the flu."

"I’ve been going here for years and the care that started out good has improved over the past several visits! It does get very busy, but from walking in and speaking to the receptionist to seeing the nurse or doctor, I was listened to and cared for. When I felt super dizzy and had been waiting awhile, I asked how much longer and right away they checked in the back to see if there was any way they could help move things along. The nurse listened carefully, asked good questions, and while processing the tests made sure I was comfortable by dining lights and checking in on me. Kate also did a wonderful job and made me feel very heard and cared for in all the different complexities. Thank you Heartland Urgent Care! Glad our community has you."
