"Simply put: an excellent local business. So happy to buy equipment from them!"
"I really enjoyed stopping at this place. I bought my first tennis racquet and Bob walked me through everything. He even gave me some tips on strokes. I will definitely come back for a restring and any other racquet sport needs I may have."
"Both Ron and Bob are extremely helpful and knowledgable. They helped me pick out a great racket and their demo option is really great! Can't recommend this place enough for anything tennis related."
"Fantastic service and selection. Ron and Bob were very helpful! 10/10"
"People, go to this store. Usually you get much better deals online than in stores these days, but this place is a huge exception to that. Not only are the prices much cheaper than online for tennis equipment, but you also get actual service like you got back in the day. They have a loner racket for just about every racket that they sell so they’ll loan it out to you for however long you need it for so you can see if that’s the right racket for you. I borrowed 3 or 4 rackets over a month or so before deciding on my racket, and when I finally bought mine it was about $20 cheaper than anywhere online and they gave me free strings and strung it for me for no charge as well. They never pressured me to pull the trigger on a racket, they just wanted to make sure I had the right racket for my game. I’m sure I could’ve spent two more months sampling every racket they had, and even when I thought I knew what I wanted they had me test another similar racket to the one I liked just to make sure. Financially they easily could’ve charged me $70 more dollars between the price of the racket, strings, and labor, plus charged me $5-10 per testing of each racket, or made me put down a deposit, but nothing was needed other than a handshake and enthusiasm for the sport. That’s how it should be, and I hope they never change. My family conducted business like this for over fifty years and it was refreshing to find that this seemingly unassuming store was so impressive both financially and personally. These people love what racket sports and love what they do and it shows. I’d pay just for their service, and that’s saying something because I’m rather frugal. Do yourself and the community a favor by supporting this business, it couldn’t be a better deal."
